I’ve been on blogging hiatus for a couple of weeks due to an unexpected medical procedure. During this two week time period, food held very little interest for me. I was wondering if I could harness that lack of interest somehow! Would sure make dieting a lot easier. While recovering, I ended up going off program. Basic comfort foods were about the only thing I could handle. But now that I’m feeling better, it’s time to get back on Phase I. I don’t look forward to going through the re-entry process (you remember those first few days of the program, I’m sure), but I have quite a bit more to lose, so tomorrow morning I’ll weigh in and get back on track 100%.
