Craving a restaurant chicken salad

Was really craving fried chicken salad…. I had to take a picture of what was left because I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take a photo!!!! I took 2 chicken breasts… Cut into strips (I served hubby this too) I put 1.5 tsp olive oil in a cast iron skillet… I took WF Bacon Ranch dressing and coated my chicken… Then I crushed 2 bags of BBQ chips… I dredged the strips in the crumbs. Cooked at 350 for 10 minutes on each side… Made a salad… A little ranch dressing and chicken and some hot sauce!!!! Happy Girl!!!!!!
