BAM! That’s what I am talking about


I love my Vitamix.

Trying to get my veggies in… The weather is slushy and a salad just sounds blech!!!!

I have only a few minutes, going out is not going to help me. In my fridge I had some leftover cauliflower (cooked with low fat/low sodium chicken broth) rice, leftover buffalo chicken (made in a crock pot with chicken, chicken broth and Frank’s Red Hot:  cook 6 hours on low then shred in sauce) and a red pepper… I put the cauliflower (about 1.5 cups) and half a red pepper into the blender… Added 1Tbsp of the vanilla premades, 1/4 cup chicken broth, and 1/2 teaspoon butter flavored olive oil… Blended till smooth.. Dumped in 3 ounces of left over chicken… Heated through…

Tastes like chicken tortilla soup!!!!! So good!!!!  from the time I pulled the ingriedients out of the fridge to it in my bowl and being consumed was 7 minutes!!!!image
