Salmon Cakes!

A simple and fairly easy to make over the weekend!

Salmon Cakes:

Servings 3 roughly 245 calories. 6oz of IMG_7003.JPGprotein and 0.5 cups vegetables

3 Cans of canned Salmon (5oz packed in water) (I used chicken of the sea)

3 eggs

3 packets of IP Crispy Cereal (crushed)

Season with Franks red hot, salt, pepper & garlic powder

4 stalks of celery, finely minced

1 cups chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Heat a skillet with either 1 tsp of olive oil or with olive oil spray.
  3. Place salmon cakes on skillet and cook on each side for 3-6 minutes depending on the crispness desired.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite veggie or on a salad.
