Chocolate Brownie Waffle

1 IP Chocolatey Caramel Mug Cake mix, dry
2 T. Walden Farms chocolate syrup
2 T. water
Cooking spray

1. In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. Bake waffles in a sprayed waffle maker according to manufacturer directions.
3. Serve with warmed Walden Farms chocolate syrup and/or pancake syrup; or, store cooled waffle brownies in a baggie and take with you on the go. No syrup needed.
