Some mornings call for a heartier breakfast and this one can help through the hunger till lunch time. Using the pancake mix, add a little bit more water to thin it out and cook like a regular pancake until golden brown (making 2). Scramble some liquid egg whites (1/3 C.) and add a slice of sugar free ham ~ roll up! Dip them in WF or IP pancake syrup combined with a little yellow mustard.
