Today I am trying to fight the dreaded blahs… nothing sounds good (except crapfood.) I opted to get creative with my presentation… oddly, my cauliflower looks a lot more appetizing… yum

cauliflower tots made with 1 egg, 14 ounces of cauliflower, 1 Broccoli Cheese Soup packet.  Bake at 400 for 18 minutes…

sauce is Walden Farms Bacon Ranch and a few drops of Frank’s Red Hot swirled to a heart shape!
