I had no idea what to expect… but I knew I wanted to try… I really like it! It is a tad salty, but it could be how I made it.
I placed the package of mushroom risotto into a microwave safe bowl. I added 1.5 ounces of water and 1 ounce of fat free low sodium chicken broth. Microwave for 2 minutes. Let stand.
Saute 7 ounces (2cups) baby Bella mushrooms in cooking spray and a little lemon juice and a Dash of Janeva’s Greek Seasoning. (See cookbook!) cook till golden brown. Takes about 3-5 minutes.
Pull the steeping bowl out of mucrowave (should steep for about 5 minutes) and combine in frying pan.
if you like mushrooms, this is delicious!
