Hi, all-Coach Laura here. I just wanted to speak briefly to accountability. I have been in maintenance for almost 2 years and I know that at times I can slip into bad habits, but know that I have to get right back on. The last two months I have been weighing myself at the beginning of my hours as your coach. I have dropped 7 pounds of body fat since mid-January while in maintenance. My point is this- stay the course and always keep logging and tracking. my fitness pal says that I have been tracking my daily food intake for 889 days and you can too!
