I’m back from vacation. Turns out that several of the people that I got together with on vacation were also watching their weight – many by watching carb intake. That really helped a lot. And restaurants seem to be getting very used to the idea of skipping the bread, or replacing the potato/pasta/rice with extra vegetables, so it all worked out ok. Not to say I was a saint, but overall, I’m happy with the way it went. I don’t think the scale went down at all, but I won’t know that for a few days. My next goal is to drop 10 lbs in 6 weeks. On Ideal Protein, I think that is pretty reasonable, so I’m ready to go! I’ll be updating the blog with the progress on that front!
