On Saturday, I attended a wedding, on Sunday I flew to see my family for Thanksgiving week.  Upon arrival, got together with friends, and then again last night, more socializing, eating and drinking.  In the last 3 days, I have been out of any normal structure and it’s made my control over my eating pretty challenging.  It’s not even Thanksgiving yet and my normally “very” loose pants don’t feel quite as loose today as they have in the past, so today and Wednesday, I’m going to try to keep the socializing (and non-diet behavior) to a minimum.  As mentioned earlier, I want to maintain my weight over the holidays.  And if I start to see it creep up, I need to make an immediate course correction, so that’s my plan for the next two days!
