It’s been a long time since I’ve blogged. The holiday times are a busy time! And I’m sure I’m not alone in that feeling… I think I’ve managed to do ok over the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year holidays. As I mentioned in an earlier post, my goal was to maintain my losses. I certainly didn’t expect to lose anything over that period, but I really really didn’t want to gain. My first weigh in since before Christmas will be this coming Wednesday. I hope my weight remains the same. For the last few days, I’ve been trying (and struggling) to get back to Phase I behavior. Some of my struggles are because I haven’t yet purged my house of all non-Phase I food. Pecans and almonds for example. While not super-carby, they still aren’t in the program, so they must go! I’m still working to get back into the groove, and I’ve had some solid phase I days and some phase II days mixed in. My next goal is 25lbs off by the end of March. I signed up for the spring challenge on 3 fat chicks, so I know I won’t be in this alone. If I can hit that, I will be at my GOAL!!! Try it with me!
