Having a tough day… Very little sleep this week. Between work and school, sleep was pushed to the end of my list. TRIGGER!!!! I eat more when I am tired…. And I want chocolate… Knew I wanted to stay on protocol, but knew making muffins would take too long… I took a pack of dark chocolate pudding, 4 ounces of ice cold water, 2 tablespoons egg whites and 2 tablespoons WF Marshmallow dip and shoved it in a blender on high for 2 minutes… Drizzled some WF chocolate syrup over the top… I did manage to get it into the bowl before I started eating it… 1 unrestricted, 2 protein… And one very happy non-cheater!!!! Probably could have been chilled, but it was yummy… And I am contemplating licking the bowl!!!!
