Don’t have time to make anything healthy? Think again.

I was out running around with a large group of dog owners… Came home hungry because I couldn’t eat around 30 German Shepherds!!!!

I had left over frozen cauliflower that had thawed in my fridge… About 2 cups… I had 1/2 cup low fat lie sodium chicken stalk… Salt and pepper to taste… Microwave 3 minutes, throw in blender and purée. I cubed up some left over ham… Tasted like baked potato soup!!!!
