I am so excited.

Today I get to go hang out with girl friends. We are going to paint our nails, turn on a little Prince, and DANCE!

We all just needed a break from reality.

It is so easy to get caught up in life and the drama that surrounds us, and we forget to take time to play. For me, that leads to boredom, bad food choices, and negative self image.

Nope!!!! Not today!!! Today I plan to be silly, enjoy my friends, and dance my tail feathers off. So, in honor of Prince, “If you didn’t come to party, don’t bother knocking on my door.”
