Veggie Omelet


1 Tsp Olive Oil
2 c of Ideal Protein Approved Veggies, I tend to use Mushrooms, Asparagus, spinach, Alfalfa Sprouts and Bell Pepper.
1 Packet Ideal Protein Herb & Cheese Omelet Mix
Spices and/or fresh herbs
Salsa and Hot Sauce

Chop Vegetables and add to skillet.
Cook Vegetables on Medium heat until tender.
Blend your omelet mix with water as instructed on package. Add Contents to skillet.
Sprinkle with desired seasonings.
Cook thoroughly and then plate.
Top with Alfalfa Sprouts, salsa and hot sauce-if desired.
