I did it… I weighed in and faced the scale.
Trying so hard not to burry my head in the sand. It’s so easy to turn your back, ignore the signs, give up on yourself, and let the awful feelings take over.
Today is my day 4. I have no idea what I weighed on Monday… but I know it was more than the scale read today.
My body is fighting ketosis, as usual. Hormones, depression, and lack of sleep make it more challenging to loose… but loose I shall!!!
Deep breath… log my food… check in with my buddy… walk my dog… all things I can do that keep me walking the line.
The scale is only a guideline… how I feel is the most important part… and I feel proud.
