Yesterday day was an all liquid kind of day.  Early in the day my coach had asked my favorite thing to do with the Dark Chocolate Pudding…

I love the chocolate mousse.  It’s hearty, satisfying, and delicious!

One packet of Ideal Protein Dark Chocolate pudding into a mixer.  You need a whip like paddle.

1/4 liquid egg whites (they need to be pasteurize!)

2 tablespoons Walden Farms Marshmallow dip

beat for 2 minutes at high speed!

you could add peppermint extract for a lovely minty Chocolate mousse.  I added Walden Farms Chocokate Syrup and Walden Farms Caramel Syrup and a dash of sea salt!
