Today I needed a heavy dose of reality.  I knew I was going to lunch with my coworkers.  I knew it would be tough… and I feel fragile.

just before lunch I pulled up a picture of me at my very largest… and a picture of me today.

Bam!  It may be a struggle, but dang it… I am worth it… and IP is the best thing I have ever done for myself.  Oh… and I made very good choice for lunch!!!! (Chicken, tofu, celery dish no sauce.)
