Today was a roller coaster of emotions. Early in the day, I did not handle it well.

But that is just one moment, and no reason to chuck the baby out with the bath water! I am worth more than that.

It’s a fight right now… And I am going to go to karate to hit punching bags and get this out of my system! I am strong, vital, and capable. I have come too far to let be derailed by something I can’t control!

My best is pretty dang good and that is all I can give! To everything in life, give it 100%…. You will have fewer regrets, and a lot more joy and fun!
