Sticking to plan during the holidays.

I know it’s tough, but it is so worth it!!! Was feeling blue… Not so much after this side by side comparison!  Feeling empowered!!! Was able to get through Christmas with total control!!!! Yeah baby… 8 months in maintenance… Had a small bump over thanksgiving, but with the help of my awesome coaches it was quickly fixed!!!!!!
