Tilapia Ceviche!


1 pound Tilapia filets, cubed into small piece

2/3 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed

1/2 cup tomatoes, diced

1/4 yellow onions, diced

1 jalapeno, diced

1/4 cup Cilantro, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon Frank’s red hot sauce or Chalula


Combine the tilapia with the lime juice in a medium size bowl and place in fridge. Let “cook” for about 20-30 minutes or until the tilapia is solid white and opaque. Remove from refrigerator and drain off excess lime juice. Combine all remaining ingredients.

This pairs really well with any of the IP crisps or delicious on its own.
