2 chicken breasts (roughly 6-80z each) butterflied 3/4 of the way, like a deep pocket
1.5 cups protocol tomato sauce
5 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups spinach
olive oil spray
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray olive oil into a saute pan and add garlic first and then green onions and spinach sauteeing until soft.
- Stuff the spinach mixture into the chicken breasts and place them in a baking dish.
- Cover the chicken breast with tomato sauce and place in the over covered in tinfoil for 30-35 minute.
- Remove and enjoy warm.
