BBQ Bacon Chicken Fingers


2 – 8oz Chicken Breasts, butterflied and cut into strips (try to get them even in thickness so they cook at the same rate)
2 – IP BBQ Soy Chips
1 T. Walden Farms Bacon Dip
Salt to taste

Place chicken strips in a bowl with the Bacon Dip, mix. Pulverize the BBQ Soy Crisps into fine crumbs. Press the fingers into the crumbs so they are entirely covered. Place on an olive oil misted cookie sheet.
